Spend as much time as you need in our comfortable consulting rooms pouring over plans and photos from our library to gain inspiration.  Then our qualified designer is right there to create your plan exactly as you want it.

If you already know what style you want, or have specific ideas about the plan design and finish then our innovative in-house designer will translate these into your very own original Diamond Home.  We will turn your ideas into reality, taking full advantage of the site, the sun, the view, and meeting all the local Council regulations to ensure your home is uniquely yours.

Some of our clients have lived abroad for the majority of their design and build process.  Through modern technology and our good name - our clients have entrusted us with their biggest asset even when they haven't been in the country to oversee it themselves.

SPECIAL NEEDS DESIGN:

I have had the privillage of working with some amazing clients whom up against all the odds have the positive attitude and desire to move forward in their lives.  Working with clients who have a disability that prohibits them from living with the so called "normal home" has given me the opportunity to design and build a home to especially work for them and their specific needs.  Whether it be having wider door ways, wheelchair access to the whole home, hoists to carry them from room to room.  I work along side ACC to make sure their every need is catered for them and their families.

INSURANCE CLAIMS:

When there is a fire, earthquake or any disaster that brings about an insurance claim, we understand the stress and emotion that is involved.  When you loose your home or any of your belongings there is still a greiving process to go through even when they are only material things as some of them can never be replaced.  I have dealt with many clients whom have lived away from their homes or have just been out when their home has been engulfed in fire and everything is lost.  I have helped them to work through this difficult time and look forward to the future of rebuilding their homes and their lives.
